Our goal is to assist any central Florida and surrounding area contractors, owners, homeowners, design and engineering professionals, or anyone in the area or out of the area involved in the permit and plan processing development of projects. We will personally coordinate all phases of the permitting process allowing you the customer to focus on other aspects of their project.
We will represent you or your company on your behalf to accomplish whatever your project may consist of. If you are unfamiliar with the permitting process or if you don't have patience with your particular building department, pickup the phone and call to see if we can assist you.
24 years of experience in the Commercial and Residential Construction Industry and my knowledge and expertise will assist you in permits for new commercial or residential construction projects to include renovations, alterations or additions. With a main goal of obtaining the proper certificates to speed up the completion time of your project, plus provide a wide range of construction related services.
Experience ranges from office buildings, single story to multi-story facilities, mausoleums, pre-engineered metal buildings and their inspection requirements, new single family homes or multi-unit projects. New construction or alterations/renovations.
